Life Coaching
Meredith is a certified Life Coach as well as pastor. She does individual coaching, and also provides several opportunities per week to get involved with her group coaching. Her groups are for women only, meet via Zoom (CST), and include:
*Overcomers: grief and loss group (Mondays at 12pm)
*Scribes: authors working toward publication (Sundays at 7pm)
*Salt & Light: Kingdom Creatives & Entrepreneurs (Fridays at 12pm)
